Green Tech Could Get Economy High, With a Little Help From the Feds

With an estimated $8 billion invested in clean technologies in 2008, green technology seems to be the one bright spot for investment as the economy continues to flounder. However, for that to continue long enough to help pull the economy out of its slump, the federal government may have to step in.
