As one commenter on the page noted, apparently the future of technology is to be found in Khevsureti. So, if installing a solar panel makes economic sense for a goat farmer in the Caucasus mountains, what's your excuse? BobVila

There was a net loss, he decided. But the farm lobby succeeded in winning tax breaks and subsidies for the fuel.
"We're actually importing more oil to produce ethanol," is Pimental's assessment. "It's not making us oil-independent, and it's costing us a lot of money."
