One can only hope that Vilsack works out as Secretary of Agriculture. My concern is that he is not an ethical appointment. I speak from what happened in a civil suit in Iowa while he was the sitting Governor. Vilsack inappropriately intervened in a case where the Juidge had been appointed by him. Illegal activities were ignored to appease the Governor. I have written a book to bring it to light. Dixie Burkhart Facts Don't Matter www.eloquentbooks.com/FactsDontMatter.htm
