As he prepared to head to Hawaii for his last break before moving to the White House, President-elect Barack Obama formally announced members of his science team (although a decision on whether to replace the current NASA administrator is still pending). You can review earlier posts this week on John P. Holdren, the president’s choice for science adviser , and Jane Lubchenco , who will, if confirmed, run the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
